Dr. Michael Koyfman, DMD
Michael Koyfman, DMD is a graduate of Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. He then went back home to New Jersey to attend dental school at UMDNJ. After his four years of dental school, Dr. Koyfman completed a year of advanced dental education with the University of Florida.
Dr. Koyfman has attended hundreds of hours of continuing education and during this time has attained a fellowship in Implantology from the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, and Dental Society of Greater Orlando. Dr. Koyfman is an active researcher for DPBRN (dental practice-based research network), which publishes clinical research studies worldwide.
For the past eight years Dr. Koyfman has volunteered at the downtown Orlando Research Dental Clinic serving the dental needs of the underprivileged. In addition, he and a few members of his dental team have volunteered with Dentistry from the Heart, an annual event providing free dentistry to those in the Central Florida community. Dr. Koyfman has also volunteered his dental services to the Harbor House.
Dr. Koyfman is a resident of Winter Park. He is married with two wonderful small children. Dr. Koyfman is an avid basketball player and sports fan.
Dr. Gita Rewari, DDS
Dr. Rewari is a graduate of the prestigious New York University Dental School where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery. She continued her post graduate education and training at Bronx Lebanon University. There she gained additional experience in various specialities including oral and maxillofacial surgery and pediatrics. Dr. Rewari has been nationally recognized with her published dental research in numerous dental journals.
Dr. Rewari and her husband recently relocated to Orlando after practicing dentistry in New York and New Jersey. She is an active member of the American Dental Association and the Florida Dental Association. She is also very active in the Orlando Advanced Study Clubs where she presents and reviews patient cases to other doctors and specialists. Dr. Rewari dedicates herself to more than a hundred hours of continued education each year.
Dr. Rewari strongly believes in listening to her patients needs and concerns to ensure that treatment is presented in a way that is effective, honest and comfortable. Delivering quality dental care is her primary goal.
In her leisure time, she enjoys spending time with her family as well as cooking and running.
Cathy has worked at Koyfman Dental since 2006.. Trained as a dental assistant she also has worked as an insurance coordinator and is well versed in all aspects of dental administration. Cathy strives to find creative ways to make dental care affordable. In her spare time she is married and a grandma of three. She is also a big Disney fan.
As the welcoming face you see when you arrive as a patient. Vicki has been at the practice for 26 years. She enjoys spending time with family and taking care of Dudley- her mini horse
Sarah is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis with a Biology degree. She loves to meet new patients and help them on their path to a healthy confident smile. Sarah is from South Florida and now lives in Winter Park. She is married with two children and enjoys decorating and home décor.
Recardo was born and raised on the beautiful island of St. Croix, US Virgin Islands. He moved to Florida in 2008 and graduated from Lincoln College of Technology as an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant. He has been in the dental field for over 10 years and was cross trained as an assistant and patient coordinator. He loves cleaning, cooking and spending time with his son.
Michelle has a true and compassionate approach to patient care. She is well versed in the dental field and was educated as a dental assistant and lab tech. She proudly served in the US Navy for 8 years. Michelle was raised in Hawaii and loves to visit her family back home.
After nine years as a dental lab assistant and front desk coordinator, Mena has a passion for dentistry. She loves working with patients to maximize their insurance benefits. She is proficient in Spanish and Portuguese. In her spare time, she is dedicated to her two children and loves to write and perform music.
Lauren was born in Brazil and came to the US in 2018. In Brazil she was an attorney but always loved healthcare practice management. When she came to the US, she worked in the hospitality field and won many awards in customer satisfaction. She joined Koyfman Dental in 2020 and has quickly learned everything about insurance and billing. She fights everyday on behalf of patients so that they can maximize dental benefits. In her free time, Lauren is a talented tattoo artist and loves to practice drawing. Lauren loves to travel with her husband and experience new adventures.
Cecilia was born in Mexico and moved to the US in . She lives in Kissimmee with her husband and her dogs. Cecilia is a highly skilled Expanded Functions Dental Assistant who is a natural leader. As the lead assistant, Cecilia makes sure that all patients have a great experience at our office. She is clinically advanced in assisting with oral surgery including full mouth implant placement, cosmetic cases and all restorative procedures. Cecilia is proficient in using the Cerec machine for same day crowns and digital impressions. In her spare time, Cecilia loves to travel and volunteer with her church. She is fluent in Spanish as well.
Larenda has perfected her clinical experience as a dental assistant for 35 years. She was born and raised in Orlando and is married with two grown children. She is an avid Gators fan and lives by the motto “Treat people like you would like to be treated”.
Becky was raised in Orlando and has always been interested in dentistry. She loves cosmetic dentistry and loves to help patients transform their smile so that they can feel confident. Her focus is always on making the patient feel comfortable throughout the process. In her free time, she loves reality show television and to spend time with her boyfriend and her friends. She also spoils her dog, Chico, with lots of attention and treats.
Kimberly recently moved from St. Louis to the Orlando area. She has been a skilled dental assistant for over 9 years. She is always working on learning new technology and advancements in the field and has been training on the Cerec machine to perfect digital impressions. Patients love to work with Kimberly because she is always compassionate and gentle. Kimberly is also skilled in the kitchen and frequently cooks lunch for the whole office. Her team members look forward to her catered lunches. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her daughter and enjoy the sand and sun at the beach.
Sabrina was born and raised in Brazil and moved to the Boston area in 2017. Seeking a warmer climate, she moved to Orlando with her husband. Sabrina completed her dental assistant degree in Orlando and was top of her class. For over 3 years she has been a very skilled assistant and loves to assist with oral surgery and restorative procedures. She currently is enrolled in dental hygiene school and hopes to become a hygienist in the future. Sabrina is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish.
Christina is a native Floridian and started her dental career in 2011. Her training and focus is on hygiene and periodontal care. She is very patient focused and always makes sure her patients are comfortable. She is licensed and certified to place local anesthesia. Cristina is dedicated to her craft and takes many hours of continuing education throughout the year. She loves to share her knowledge with patients and educate on best oral health care practices. In her spare time, Cristina loves to travel. She is currently learning American Sign Language as well.
Jenna has been a registered dental hygienist for 10 years. She has a sincere interest in helping patients maintain healthy smiles. Jenna is a Florida native and a mom to three children. Jenna loves to cheer on the Florida State Seminoles and she loves to cook and try out new recipes.
Jessica graduated with a degree in Psychology from UCF. Jessica continued her education at Valencia and completed her associates in science for dental hygiene. She also is licensed to administer local anesthesia to ensure patients comfort. As a busy mom of two small kids, she enjoys finding peace at her weekly yoga class.
Samantha is a current pre-clinical dental student at UCF. She has aspirations to become an orthodontist. Samantha was born and raised in Miami, Florida. In her spare time, she spends time with her fur baby and her boyfriend. Her guilty pleasure is watching Harry Potter movies over and over again. Samantha is also fluent in Spanish.
