Description

The patient lived out of the country and flew to our Orlando office to meet Dr. Koyfman for a smile makeover. The patient's goal was to "have his smile back again". The patient's upper teeth were broken and out of alignment and showed wear due to cavities and clenching. The patient achieved his dream smile with the use of upper implants and cosmetic crowns.
