Dr. Koyfman: Patients come into our office very frustrated with their dental situations. They have multiple broken teeth, multiple areas of pain and discomfort, or currently are missing all their teeth and have appliances that just aren't working for them. They can't chew. They can't eat comfortably. So a wonderful solution in these situations would be what's called an All-On-Four or lifetime teeth, or teeth in a day. So, in this situation, we're restoring an entire arch of teeth, not just one tooth. So, a lot of times, patients have had frustrating experiences with cleanings or trying to fix teeth that just have no fixing, or wearing dentures that don't offer any stability. They can't eat and chew. You can imagine not biting into an apple. So in one day, we can fix this with the placement of dental implants and a permanent solution with something they don't have to take in and out of their mouth. With an All-On-Four, our patients can bite and chew anything they want. They can smile with confidence, and they don't have to deal with dentures that are rocking in their mouth or teeth that are loose or broken, that continually break or require multiple dental visits. So an All-On-Four is a lifetime solution to dental pain, dental problems, dental issues. Fred: Initially I came to Dr. Koyfman's office to see what options I had in terms of some dental work that I needed done. There's a lot of different options out there in terms of procedures that people can get from implants to dentures. What I've learned about was the All-On-Four, which I didn't even know was an option. When he started talking to me about it and the condition that I had with my teeth, I think we both agreed that that was the best course of action to take at the time, something that was going to last for a while. I had a very specific condition that he actually knew about, which was interesting because other dentists in the area had never seen what I had with my teeth. It's life-changing, I mean definitely a confidence booster. When you go back and you look at your family photos and everybody in the picture is smiling but you, everybody is showing teeth but you, and now you're able to do that, and people were asking me all the time, "What did you do to get your teeth so white? Man, your smile looks great," it's literally life-changing. That's the best words I can use to describe it.
